Tica Berry is the widow of the late Thomas Berry, son of Thomas & Frances Rhea Berry. The elder Thomas Berry attained the rank of captain during the Civil War. Captain Berry and his wife Frances had 8 children. The younger Thomas' sister, Martha McChesney Berry, was founder of Berry Schools.
